LOGMA is currently a participant member of normalization committee especially leading subject as cooperative systems, emergency call, motorways and roads tolling, access control and intelligent “transports & services” coordination group.
Moscow-Saint Petersburg toll road opens
On November 27th of 2019, President Vladimir Putin inaugurated the most modern Russian motorway between Moscow and Saint Petersburg.
This toll road called “Neva” is 669 kilometres lenght (416 miles) is Russia’s first long-distance toll road.
Instead of a past travel time of 10 hours, “Neva” motorway now allows to users less than 6 hours road journey between the two biggest cities of Russia, with for the first time a higher maximum speed limit allowed of 130 kilometres per hour (81 miles per hour) and an improved road safety.
French group Vinci took part in the project in a consortium with Russia’s VTB Bank.
Logma was also involved during 2 years as a consulting firm working on that project.
